Without her staging experience I don’t think I would have ever gotten my house in showroom conditions.  Her recommendations were spot on and her handling of all the negotiations and transactions made for a very stress free environment.  She kept me informed at each step and explained all the paperwork in detail.  I would have no problem recommending Shawna to handle any realty related deal.
